Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee electrical systems and solutions' design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and project management.
- Conducted performance reviews, provided feedback, and contributed to the growth and development of team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and technical information to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD, CAE, and simulation software.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA and NFPA.
- Experience with electrical engineering software, such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or Siemens NX.
